2 days, 16 hours and 33 minutes left and I cannot believe that this is my last Tuesday yumminess in Switzerland in a long while. Ahhhhhhhhh time is flying! Sob, happy smile, sob, happy smile. Don’t mind my irrational behavior, this week has been emotional and it is getting worse!
While I’m sad and happy to leave Switzerland on Friday, I’m super excited to soon be able to share some recipes I will have gathered along the way! I haven’t done much research but Panamanian, salvadorian, Colombian or Honduran recipes sound quite appealing to me!
In the meantime, let’s enjoy a lovely paleo breakfast. This is very easy and can be prepared in advance. Thanks #paleomama for an easy n’oatmeal that makes cold mornings easier and more enjoyable! You’ll need some nuts & seeds, coconut milk, cinnamon & some vanilla extract. En guete!
