French love crepes, fact!

Thank god, crepes can save a horrible rainy Sunday!

What to mix together:
500g de flour
4 eggs
75 cl milk
1 pinch of salt
4 c à s oil / butter
25 cl water

Those are approx quantities and they can be adapted if it is too liquid, too thick… I still have to call mom to get perfect crepes if something goes wrong. Good luck!
